Delta Novel provides import/export services. By Sea, Road, Rail, Air we are involved in all types of freight movement, from standard FCL and LCL Shipments to tanks, bulk (part cargo), low bed, silos, special, dangerous and extra dimensional cargo.  We manage Import, Export and International Cross Traffic. Located at the center of the Mediterranean Sea, crossroads between the North – South axis connecting Europe with Africa and the East – West axis connecting Asia to Europe and the Americas, Italy enjoys this privileged position for maritime links.

As a freight forwarder, thanks to our high level of trade, Delta Novel enjoys a privileged working relationship with the main shipping lines; MSC, Maersk Sealand, Borchard, CMA, Cosco, China Shipping, Enco, Grimaldi, Hamburg-Sud, Hanjin, Hapag Lloyd, K Line, Norasia, NYK, P&O, Safmarine, Tarros and ZIM.  This enables us to offer high quality service at competitive rates.

• Warehousing – Our 2 Warehouses total over 30'000 sqm of surface space and are located in Turbigo (Milan) and Ravenna.  We have a customs bonded warehouse to handle import-export formalities.
• Insurance – We are able to coordinate Cargo if required throughout Italy and the world.
• Systems – We use a State of the art Citrix Metaframe centralized management system and can offer online tracking.
• Tracking System – We are able to offer reliable tracking service to your customers on your own site
• Quality - Delta Novel aims at Total Quality Management of services by taking a full circle approach to logistics transportation management.  Our in-house procedures are in conformity with UNI EN ISO 9002 standards, the simulation phase called for by TQM being already in force
