DELTA NOVEL SRL Società Unipersonale as Data Controller, hereafter referred to as "DELTA NOVEL", with registered and operative office in Italy - 48122 Ravenna, via Magazzini Anteriori Traversa Nord 51, pursuant to Article 13 and 14 of the European General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016 (“GDPR”), wishes to inform you about nature and purposes of the processing of your personal data.

Origin and purposes of the data processing

Your personal data will be processed with the purpose of complying with the administrative, fiscal, accounting and commercial obligations arising from the contract between you and DELTA NOVEL or between your Employer and DELTA NOVEL.
In relation to the aforesaid purposes, your personal data are processed on Clients/Suppliers database, both manually and electronically and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure security and confidentiality of data.
Your personal data shall be processed with the purpose of sending you information messages, updates and newsletters relating to commercial initiatives and other kind of advertising and promoting materials about DELTA NOVEL’s services similar to the contractual ones (as per next Privacy Policies n.2, 3 and 4).
At any time, if you are no longer interested in receiving commercial communications by DELTA NOVEL, you might opt out from receiving these marketing communications by writing a request to gdpr@deltanovel.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link you will find in every commercial newsletter.
DELTA NOVEL will process your personal data both directly as Data Controller and indirectly through third parties in their quality of Data Processors, pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, or as persons authorized to process by the Data Controller.

Browsing data
